Summer is high season for the princely family of Monaco, and this year the younger generation has spread out across the Mediterranean's favourite destinations. Princess Alexandra of Hanover, youngest daughter of Princess Caroline, has given her followers a glimpse of her summer through a series of holiday photos on Instagram.
The photos show lazy holiday days in classic summer style: sailing trips in crystal clear water, long lunches in the shade and quality time with the family's four-legged friends.

The rest of the younger generation have also found their summer calm: Pierre Casiraghi and his wife Beatrice Borromeo are spending the holiday in Saint-Tropez on the French Riviera, as is their yearly tradition, while older brother Andrea Casiraghi and Tatiana Santo Domingo are holidaying in Ibiza with their children.
