King Carl Gustaf received the public's congratulations on the outer courtyard of the Royal Palace in Stockholm. In glorious April weather, the Armed Forces presented colours, music corps and the royal guard.

In glorious April weather, the Armed Forces presented a colour party, music corps and the royal guard from Jämtland's Field Ranger Corps and the Life Guards.

After the changing of the guard ceremony, the King received congratulations and flowers from children who had gathered in the courtyard.
