Princess Charlène Inaugurated the Renovated Facilities at the Peille Animal Shelter

Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène inaugurated the renovated facilities of the Monaco S.P.A. and Animal Shelter in the commune of Peille, a project initiated by the Princess who has served as President of the foundation since 2022.

On Wednesday 29 April, Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène inaugurated the renovated facilities of the Monaco S.P.A. and Animal Shelter, located in the commune of Peille. The improvements were initiated by Princess Charlène, who has served as President of the shelter since September 2022, and provide significantly better living conditions for dogs and cats.

The Princely Couple were accompanied by Princess Stéphanie, Camille Gottlieb, Mélanie-Antoinette de Massy and Gareth Wittstock during the visit to the new facilities.

The event also featured the unveiling of a bust in the likeness of Princess Antoinette of Monaco, as a tribute to the founder of the association.

For the occasion, Princess Charlène wore a mushroom double-breasted virgin wool-twill suit by Loro Piana.
