Singapore's President and his wife hosted a dinner for King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia at the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm, with Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel attending. The state visit ended in Gothenburg on Wednesday.

Singapore's President Tharman Shanmugaratnam and his wife Jane Ittogi Shanmugaratnam hosted a dinner for King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia at the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm on Tuesday evening. Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel also attended.

It is customary for the guests on a state visit to thank their hosts with a dinner of their own. The evening before, the King and Queen had hosted a state banquet for the presidential couple at the palace.
