Packed Day for the Royal Couple in Lithuania
The second day of the state visit to Lithuania included a visit to parliament, wreath-laying and the opening of a Danish-Lithuanian business forum.
On the second day of the state visit to Lithuania, King Frederik and Queen Mary participated in a series of official programme events focusing on cooperation, history and civil engagement.

The Royal Couple visited the Lithuanian Parliament, Seimas, where they met with Speaker Juozas Olekas. During the visit, Lithuania's independence and historical events were highlighted.

The Royal Couple also participated in the opening of a Danish-Lithuanian business forum, where cooperation in energy, defence, security and space technology was the focus. They also received a guided tour of the Energy and Technology Museum.

The day also included a wreath-laying ceremony at Antakalnis Cemetery in memory of the victims of Lithuania's independence struggle, as well as a visit to the Lithuanian Home Guard KASP and the Riflemen's Union, where the Royal Couple together with the Presidential couple met representatives of the voluntary defence force.

Finally, the Royal Couple visited the NBA Basketball School in Vilnius, where they gained insight into the work with children and young people's sports and talent development.
