The event brought together delegations from the international sports organisation, which was founded in 1948 and is based in Brussels. Several family members joined the couple, including Louis Ducruet, Marie Chevallier and Mélanie-Antoinette de Massy. Both Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène received distinctions in recognition of their contributions.
