Princess Madeleine visited the Hippocampus Foundation's activities at Stall Kungsgården on Lovön. The Princess became patron of the foundation earlier this year.
Princess Madeleine visited the Hippocampus Foundation's activities at Stall Kungsgården on Lovön in Ekerö. The Princess became patron of the foundation earlier in 2026, and during her visit she saw how the organisation works with therapy and education centred on horses.

The foundation provides an environment with horses for therapeutic, educational and health-promoting activities. The programme is aimed at children and young people with neuropsychiatric difficulties, motor or intellectual challenges, and individuals in rehabilitation.

During the visit, the Princess was given a tour of the grounds, the stables and the riding hall, and met children and young people at the paddock.
