On the 40th anniversary of the assassination of Prime Minister Olof Palme, King Carl Gustaf honoured his memory by lighting a candle at Falu Kristine Church in Falun.
February 28, 2026, marks 40 years since Prime Minister Olof Palme was assassinated. On the anniversary of the murder, King Carl Gustaf honoured the memory of the Prime Minister by lighting a candle.
