The King delivered his second State Opening of Parliament focusing on economic growth and green transition.

On November 12, 2025, King Charles III conducted the traditional State Opening of Parliament at the Palace of Westminster. This was the King's second State Opening since he ascended the throne in 2022, and the ceremony was carried out with full pageantry and tradition. King Charles arrived at Westminster in the Irish State Coach, escorted by the Household Cavalry. Queen Camilla was at his side throughout the ceremony, dressed in an elegant white gown and wearing the diamond tiara that belonged to Queen Elizabeth II.
