King Felipe and Queen Letizia attended the presentation of the 106th ABC Journalism Awards at the newspaper's headquarters in Madrid.

On 2 July, King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia attended the presentation ceremony for the 106th ABC Journalism Awards at the newspaper's headquarters in Madrid. The ceremony was followed by a dinner held in honour of this year's award winners.

The awards have been presented annually for 106 years by ABC, one of Spain's leading national newspapers. During the ceremony, the King and Queen presented the awards to the winners.

The Mariano de Cavia Award went to Karina Sainz Borgo, the Luca de Tena Award to Víctor M. Amela, Ima Sanchís and Lluís Amiguet, and the Mingote Award to José María Gallego and Julio Rey.
