The Princess of Wales and Prince George visited RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire to mark Armed Forces Day. Kensington Palace has released footage from the visit.
The Princess of Wales and Prince George visited RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire to mark Armed Forces Day in the United Kingdom. Kensington Palace released footage from the visit on the day of the celebration itself.

The Princess has served as Royal Honorary Air Commodore of RAF Coningsby since August 2023. During the visit, she and Prince George learned about the long history of the aircraft in the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, and they met pilots and engineers at the base.

The visit was also an occasion to honour the dedication and courage of those who serve in the armed forces, both today and in the past.
