The school is located in a building established in 1961 by Father Llanos in Entrevías, which he dedicated during his lifetime to vocational training. Since 2001, it has operated as a hospitality school, providing comprehensive training for future professionals in the restaurant sector, including chefs, bartenders and waitstaff, with instruction delivered by a team of specialised teachers.
