On Tuesday 14 April, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima participated in an extensive morning programme in Miami, Florida, as part of their working visit to the United States.
The Royal Couple visited Henry Mack School, where students showed off murals they have created together with artists from the Netherlands and the Caribbean part of the Kingdom.

The Royal Couple met with Florida's Secretary of State Cord Byrd at the Pérez Art Museum, where the King and the Secretary of State also delivered a short statement.

Following the tour, the Royal Couple met with students from the Caribbean part of the Kingdom who are studying at various universities in Florida.

The programme also included a discussion on the trade relationship between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Florida, where the investment climate and opportunities for cooperation in logistics, employment and talent development were discussed.
