Crown Prince Haakon Cheered on Norwegian Gold Medals at Olympics
Crown Prince Haakon was in Italy to follow the Norwegian athletes during the Winter Olympics. It was a brilliant day with Norwegian relay gold in cross-country skiing and gold for Maren Kirkeeide in biathlon.

It was a fantastic day for Norwegian sports. In cross-country skiing, Heidi Weng, Karoline Simpson-Larsen, Astrid Øyre Slind and Kristin Austgulen Fosnæs secured relay gold after a brilliant team effort.

At the biathlon arena in Anterselva, Maren Kirkeeide struck gold for Norway. In the ski jumping, however, it was more dramatic, as the medal narrowly slipped away for the Norwegian jumpers in the men's large hill event.
